Small Efforts, Big Results: Spotlight on Diligence, the PACE trait for March.

This month, we are focusing on diligence—the ability to keep working hard and doing your best, even when something feels challenging or takes time.
Diligence means not giving up when work gets tough. It means staying focused, putting in effort, and following through until the job is done. It’s about showing responsibility for your learning and taking pride in your progress.
At school, diligence can look like:
-Finishing your assignments, even when they take extra effort
-Asking questions when you don’t understand something
-Studying a little each day instead of waiting until the last minute
-Revising your work to make it better
-Staying on task during class and using your time wisely
-Diligence isn’t about being perfect—it’s about trying your best and not quitting. Every time you choose to keep going, you are building skills that will help you succeed in school and beyond.
*Let’s work together to show diligence in everything we do this month!
