CVSD is Participating in WA Healthy Youth Survey - Grades 6-12 CVSD participates in the HYS every other year in the odd years. It provides essential information to guide policy and programs that serve our youth.Students in grades 6, 8, 10, and 12 take the survey. Student participation is entirely voluntary and anonymous. See www.cvsd.org/HYS for further details, FAQs, sample questions, and a link to the form to opt out. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your child’s principal.
